Making concrete requires various ingredients, like cement, sand, aggregates, gravel, etc. Heavy Mix Concrete Curaçao produces the best materials, sourcing them from a mine that is highly qualified. It has been  operating for many decades and is very consistent in providing excellent-quality materials.

One of the important materials is limestone, which we crush to the sizes we need to produce high-quality concrete that meets the highest standards.

Cement is also a very important ingredient; it determines the strength of the concrete mix.

We use a range of mineral admixtures to supplement the cement for more strength, permeability and other characteristics of concrete. These minerals reduce CO₂ emissions as well, which is a favorable side effect.

Good aggregates are strong, hard, and have clean particles that have not absorbed chemicals or coatings of fine materials. Those chemicals and coatings could cause deterioration of the concrete.

We buy our aggregates from local mines that are renowned for their high quality. And we also have our own basalt mine as a source for our own basalt products and top-quality aggregates.

Let's build a great foundation
